     @batterpunts I'd say also: more uniforms. Let me earn medals from attending conferences and fancier, more elaborate hats for doing admin at the department.

     uniform hats signify authority. since we don't really do hats on uniforms much anymore, i think we should give uniforms really big pauldrons, not just police, but also like mail delivery, and train ticket guys, bus drivers etc.
