     @lina @olmitch Some packages may have statically compiled it, rolled NIH implementation or vendored their own shared library version (chromecancerapps do this). But system-wide shard library should cover most cases in a sane distro at least.

     and try to avoid running it because shit i have dl'd i might need to use and breaking it would be kinda stupid
     of course no guarantee if nothing will break just cuz i uninstalled libwebp but it should be fine

     @lina this does not cover static link case, separate file will not exist. Even symbol names will not exist in stripped binary which have it staticly linked.
