   Did some TypeScript again last night, in vs code being able to brush over variables and get the type, having the editor checks the types all the way through all the code paths is just incredibly valuable.

     @mcread I've heard NeoVim is good but I haven't tried it yet.
     
     vscode elixir language server isn't terrible, it helps a lot, it's just not remotely as good as the typescript one.
