     @Moon I remember the live action segements from the cartoon when I was a wee lad. I remember reading a while back something happened to the actor who played him like he got in a bad accident or something. I wonder what else he ever did.

     @Moon For me it was on before I left for school. I often slept through it. Looking it up, I guess he had some genetic problem where he would leak brain fluid. And had a botched surgery that left him unable to talk for a long time.
