   I got laughed at by a "computer store" employee when I told him I was just going to get an SSD to speed up my Thinkpad. I still have it SEVEN YEARS later and it's running great.

     Am about to do an upgrade from a slow hard disk drive to a Samsung Pro 2TB nVME SSD on a gaming desktop computer for one of my customers.
