     Why am I in Hamburg? Well, it's lovely.

     But also a group of small island nations have asked The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea for an advisory opinion about climate change.

     The group of Antigua and Barbuda, Niue, Palau, St Lucia, Tuvalu and Vanuatu - called COSIS for short - want the UN's maritime court to force countries to curb their carbon emissions before sea level rise and global warming makes their homelands unlivable.
