     I was thinking of just learning to paint without learning how to draw and just winging it, but I really wanna have the tools to make cool shit with the ideas I have

     well, try to improve your skills the most u can, but it takes a lot of time 9i can tell from like music stuff), so just keep producing more art and improving your skills til you get better and better at it
