Turns out I wasn't quite caught up on sleep after a few days of insomnia. I was up at 07:00 with the doggos, then back to bed from 08:30 to 11:30. I did a bit of work around the house and then back to the pillows from 13:30 to 16:00. And now I feel completely wrecked, with zero energy. Here's hoping for the Great Reset tomorrow morning.

I think the chemistry gets diluted a bit and throws everything out of balance. Some kind of electrolyte mix usually helps. Just a shot in the dark.
