     There's a paid search engine called Kagi that allows you to completely exclude certain domains from search results, or weight them up or down. Personally, I find Namu Wiki harmful on the Korean web, so I down-weighted namu.wiki and up-weighted wikipedia.org, and I'm satisfied.
