     I live in a 1500 yo city. Our house is a hundred yeara old. The city scrambles to lay heat ducting pipes. The plan is city wide provision in... 2055 or so.

     Some relatives own a rural, 400 year old, 6 bedroom 2 living room plus kitchen-house.

     There are credits running on international infrastructure depending on mobility.
