Just watching 2 Japanese people on Fedi arguing over how "law" works, and they're both wrong.
The so-called "law" is a scam in and of itself, it's illegitimate as soon as enough people ignore it.
It can only have any meaning if people obey to it.
The real law is natural law, not "law" made up by a government.
That is literally all you need to know.

What is [natural law]? What is the definition or where is legal text?

@gnusocialjp Natural law is law as given by life.
There is no legal text, because nature has no legal text, the whole concept of "legal" is a scam.
Your rights are given to you by nature, not by government.
If government decides your rights, you have no rights, you have permissions.

@ryo What is "rights are given to you by nature"?
I think if you cannot specify rules, there is no rule.
If someone (ex: police, court, government, everyone) do not protect that rule, there is no rule, no sense.
If someone will kill someone, everyone cannot prevent it.

> I think if you cannot specify rules, there is no rule.
The rule is "do no harm", so don't steal, don't murder, don't kill, live in peace, respect life around you, and so on.
> If someone (ex: police, court, government, everyone) do not protect that rule, there is no rule, no sense.

Police has a monopoly on violence.
This isn't obvious here in Japan yet, but it's very clear in most other countries since 2 years ago.
90% of all the criminality, terrorism, child abuse, money laundering, drugs trafficing, and so on is done by governments, the remaining 10% is done by people who got completely brainwashed by governments because of their so-called "laws".
Governments and police don't even protect their own rules.
And courts are there to protect governments, not you.
Police is there to make people obey by force.
The more is made "illegal", the more people break the "law".
This is why I became an anarchist, because I don't want criminals telling me what to do, I only want to live in peace and harmony.
For example, if you didn't take all the lethal injections and boosters, government will not give you CBDCs, if CBDCs are the only payment option you can use and you're hungry, and you're not allowed to grow your own food, you will have no other option than to steal.

"2 Japanese"

>If someone (ex: police, court, government, everyone) do not protect that rule, there is no rule, no sense.
