     @ImperialAgent had to research it but basically what he's saying is that if he didn't have enough jewish men to complete a very important ritual, (You need at least 10 to form a "minyan" and make the ritual legitimate in the eyes of G-d) he wouldn't accept this guy as a fellow jew. It's apparently like the most disrespectful thing all the other jews responding to that post have ever heard (I think a lot of that is theatrics but w/e)
