   I've seen at least three accounts I follow offering BlueSky invites today. A few months ago I might have taken them up on it, but I feel like the window of my interest has closed. Nothing sadder than Studio 54 with no one on the rope-line.

     @zoocoup @aristofontes It doesn't have to be Highlander, but I've found community and conversation here that reminds me of the community and conversation I had when I first took up blogging back in the 'aughts. So in effect, for me, it's Highlander. Plus it's Jack's bird clone. Tired of Jack.

     @aristofontes It’s not like that. Everyone gets an invite every two weeks, but now as the site has a million users there are a lot of invites to be had. Bluesky is fun and useful in a different way than this place. They can compliment one another. It doesn’t have to be the Highlander
