     @lunarised When we added quote posting, we put a line at the bottom that says "RT: <link to original>", for clients that don't support quote posting.
     
     But we hide it on supported clients, with <span class="inline-quote">RT: <link to original></span>
     
     The .inline-quote span gets removed on Soapbox, Akkoma, and other clients which support quote posting.
     
     Pete added an MRF to FSE that wraps the entire post with the .inline-quote class, so Soapbox would hide it.
     
     I won't delve into why, or the consequences, in this post. This is just the facts.
