With a Q&A session at the end of the webinar, because they won't have bothered paying attention to the webinar.
The key recommendations will mostly go ignored and unimplemented.
Any attempts to implement meaningful changes at lower levels of the hierarchy will be stifled by corporate politics and inertia, until the corporate change consultant comes in and recommends the same thing as internal staff, at 10x the cost.
