     @jnicholson It was announced on August 17th, though I have been told that for some reason it doesn't include Fan Writer or Fanzine.
     If you go to the voting page on the Chengdu website, you should see the voter packet in each category after clicking on the "I want to vote" button and logging in.

     @MicroSFF I’ve been looking out for the packet and haven’t seen it announced yet. What’s the process (I’m a supporting member already)
