     @Sophistifunk keep it up! I made all my own bread last winter, though I neglected my sourdough starter and let it die once the weather got nice

     @Sophistifunk Looks good to me! I spent a lot of time making a starter last year and then I accidently let it die. Maybe it's time to start fresh.
