     @utz oh yeah I have learned a little music theory over the years. I think every so often about trying to get more into it and get to a point of actually being able to produce stuff but it's mainly a problem of it being hard to get myself to try to invest my time into it when I already have too many other things that I should be focusing on and could realistically actually do anything worthwhile with. but I do also regularly have this thought and then come up with the same excuses so idk lol

     @utz whenever I've looked into trying to fuck around with any synthesis stuff I'm always just like, I don't have the slightest idea where to begin because I don't know any music theory stuff super well or concepts in electronic music specifically beyond incredibly basic stuff like waveforms. kinda short circuits my brain because I'm used to having to intellectualize things rather than just go based off vibes

     @nyx dang yeah I have the opposite. I have these musical concepts in my head and just know this could just be easily patched up and explored machinically but I'm sitting there with my pencil and paper
