   as a semi libertarian, i firmly believe that the automatic XX/XY chromosome selection process violates the NAP, for it is a choice forced upon an individual who doesn't even know they're an individual yet, therefore, the only remedy is transitioning in the event of an incorrect automatic assignment to correct that aggression

     living as something you will never be for your entire life is wrong
     
     edit: i don't believe it should be made illegal or something. its every individual's choice to do what they want to do with their own body. but just like alcohol, it should be restricted to people who can't process the effect it will have on their future.
     
     transitioning should also not be labeled as the "only solution". therapy is the way to go.
