I will say that one good thing that came out of the whole ordeal with the orchi and havening to call other places is that I called the place in Pittsburgh to see if they take Ohio Medicaid...

And like the person working at the desk was like, "um...this clinic only does stuff for males". Bewildered I'm like...um yeah like male-to-female gender affirming surgery right**? She's like yeah. So I'm like okay yeah that's what I'm looking for. Then I asked her if they take Medicaid or managed care plans from other states, and she's like no.

So I'm just going to take that as she thought from my voice I was AFAB. 10/10.

**This is not language I normally use and I hate describing myself as MtF, mainly because I'm just simply a fucking F. I was just working off her use of the word "male".
