Sorry, but that is a baldfaced LIE and a bad attempt at CYA.
Nina Illingworth is NOT an anti-Semite, has never been one, and not a single word of what she has posted or written anywhere comes even close to antisemitism. The offending term referred in that "response" was intended to encompass the entirety of capitalist rule, never intended to target Jewish folk in any way. Also, show me one instance where the phrase "Pig Empire" is used in any context of antisemitism.

Except, if there is no intent whatsoever to target that offending group, and there are no even indirect references to that group, then where is the proof of harm to that group?
Again, in no place whatsoever except in the imaginations of the perpetrators of this ruse is "Pig Empire" or "global bankers" antisemitic, outside of its explicit use by open antisemites to directly target Jews. This is a red herring used to censor Nina. Plain and simple.

@AnthonyJK you realize that one doesn’t have to mention the oppressed group specifically, or have intent to hurt, in order for folks to genuinely feel hurt by a persons words and actions, right? It’s sort of a basic concept, I thought - do you see how it might apply here?

If a person with a past history of open antisemitism or other form of bigotry mouths off a "dog whistle" with the clear intent of selling his/her bigotry clandestinely, then we can talk about intent and condemn his/her attempt.
There is absolutely NOTHING in Nina Illingworth's writing that even hints of antisemitism; and her principled antifascism would indeed be fundamentally opposed to antisemitism. So.... where's the beef?

@AnthonyJK ok, since it may not be a basic concept for many people: intent vs impact https://everydayfeminism.com/2013/07/intentions-dont-really-matter/

Again, the harm is in the imagination of the accusers here. THERE WAS NO HARM. THERE WAS NO DOG WHISTLE. SHE DID NOT USE THOSE TERMS TO BAIT JEWS. THE HARM WAS INVENTED OUT OF THIN AIR BY THE MOD GROUP IN ORDER TO JUSTIFY CENSORING NINA.
Your feelz have not a damn thing to do with the facts.
Not entertaining this any more. Dismissed.
