All you need to know is that they literally said "I need to prove Nina can take criticism" to which I responded that I didn't sign up to have a 7 man council vote on that and I would be leaving, giving 30 days notice. I CAN produce screenshots if this is disputed, but let's not, it's bad enough.

It's a nice post Oli; the first *almost* honest thing you or anyone working your admin team has said in days... but your forgot one thing hon.
I didn't explicitly name anyone, until Pixie named me in her blog.
And it's very dishonest of you to imply otherwise. Whatever monster you want to call me, you should at least admit that I warned you I would post receipts, if you folks tried to fuck me with this absolutely malicious smear. And Pixie did.

I gather, that there are also other additional fucked up things going on over there, but I literally do not know anything about them, or care. Folks put my name in the street, threatened my work, and lied on me to my own friends.
And my former admin friend, can say what they like about this not being what they wanted, they still AGREED it was an antisemitic dogwhistle or why would they EVER need to say "I was gonna talk to YOU" - don't talk to me, talk to your power-tripping co-admin.

The 2nd mod did come back to my mentions, to post two more replies, but they aren't really important, and I had already told the original admin I would be replying to any of their mods at this point, but rather preparing to leave, I didn't reply. Mostly asking if I didn't know it was in that book.
I woke up, bitched a bit about having to move here and on oliphant, and a 1:40 PM, caught the notices you saw at the very top of this thread. You are now all caught up.

@AnarchoNinaWrites Also highly sus that anyone to the left of radlib keeps getting conveniently cancelled as 'bigot' or 'fascist' by these types, cutting them off and making sure they're not being seen by a lot of fedi. Maybe I'm paranoid but it seems like it's not a coincidence.

@AnarchoNinaWrites that post reveals that at best he's really naive about how moderation works, if it's true that he genuinely didn't understand that sometimes there might be genuine conflicts of interest, which contrasts really badly with all his months of trying to sell himself as the expert on these things

A frustrating thing about the Fediverse is that it seems like we're having to rediscover how to moderate online forums all over again, something we ought to have decades of collective experience with.
Partly, I think corporate centralization and manipulation of social media disrupted the transmission of a lot of cultural memory.
Then there are all the people trained to promote themselves as instant experts.
