   @dublininquirer Yikes, they actually use the Royal College of Psychiatrists as a model, as if the UK way of handling trans care is anything another country would want to emulate.

     A group of trans activists have criticised the National Gender Service’s approach and “centralisation”. Instead of believing people who are trans and need healthcare, the NGS demands long assessments, and throws up roadblocks to those who try to go around them, say members of the group Transgress the NGS.
