   Are Dominion voting machines like ATMs? Or are they scantrons? We fill a scantron bubble and put it in the scanner ourselves in Cuyahoga county oh. The paper ballot with the bubble goes into a huge green locked garbage can. So it can be recounted if needed.

     I don't think so. I think the receipt is for the voter if I recall. I think the count is 100% electronic.
