   I've never been to the Koenji Awa Odori (wrong time of the year), but fell in love with Koenji on our very first visit to Japan. Partly thanks to its Independent record stores and live houses (small concert venues), but also just its general feel.

     I love the Awa Odori-阿波踊り dance.
     Both watching and dancing are very exciting.

     Koenji is also a nice town!
