Vivek Ramaswamy thinks anyone younger than 25 should have to pass a test on American government to vote.
He also reportedly said the U.S. Constitution enabled us to win the Revolution. The Constitution was ratified in 1788, five years after the Treaty of Paris ended the Revolutionary War.
Ramaswamy would fail his own test.
