For ages our trans kid, when asked their gender, replies w/ a grin, “I strive to confuse people.” Top surgery has definitely fulfilled this dream. Today the dentist was using they/them but then “Sir,” and Jupes was thrilled. They said to me later, “I don’t get boy gender feelings, I get gremlin gender euphoric feelings. I’m not glad she called me a boy, I’m glad she slipped up. It makes me want to rub my hands together like a little villain. Like HA HA! You have fallen for my tricks!” 😂#TransJoy
