TEST YOUR BACKUPS !
Don't just trust that your backups will work if the worst happens. They might not. Assume that you might not be able to reinstall on the current server hardware or cloud instance. Check by installing one of your daily backups on an empty box to confirm that you have a *complete* restartable backup. It's not just the info in the database but all the yaml ini files, the system config changes, the little things which can mean so much if you don't have them around when needed.
And remember that if you overwrite previous backups and something goes wrong in a cycle days before you realise there's a problem you might have deleted the last actual backup.
Schedule regular tests if you want your service to keep going.
