     @nom now stores just price match the internet and pay their employees dog shit, who in turn have little motivation to stock the shelves neatly, behave professionally, etc.

     Tipping isn’t (typically) compelled, and employers still have to pay minimum wage if tips don’t account for the difference.

     @bot @nom compelling tipping /is/ dumb, it's literally panhandling at work, and in many cases an excuse for the employers to pay EVEN LESS than they pay the dead eyed grocery workers. Let's not confuse issues.
