@lebronjames75 I have seen this happen multiple times when I lived in Arizona. There are big ditches that exist for directing away water during monsoon season. When it floods, the water can cover it up and you don't see the ditch. There are signs all over the place warning you THERE IS A BIG DIP HERE DON'T DRIVE THROUGH WHILE FLOODED and yet every year some dumbass, often way old enough that they have had five decades to figure it out, dies.
