     @ned @greyknight33 Key components of Arrow 3 are made in the US (about 50% of the missile comes from Boeing) and sold with a pre-condition that they cannot be exported without permission. This is pretty common: an even more extreme case was that the US retained a veto over exports of the Israeli Kfir fighter because it used the US J79 engine, even though the engine was license manufactured in Israel.
