Copyright law simply does not apply to short, non-creative information such as "segmentation fault", so it is entirely invalid and should have legal consequences to submit a DMCA for such terms.
Trademark law is the only thing potentially applicable and maybe the Linux foundation has a trademark on "segmentation fault" (as I guess that's what the proprietary software they develop does). -
