   A really funny flex would be for a CEO to get the company together and say "ok, show of hands, who thinks people should be fired for their political opinions?"
   
   Then when a bunch of people raise their hands, "ok, you're fired."

     @sj_zero Having a "no politics at work" policy seems about as common sense as having a "no ass grabbing at work" policy. In both cases, you are going to deter the people you really don't want, and you will have a lawyer-safe reason to get rid of people who cause trouble.
