read though all of the mini adhd coach yesterday. and it made me understand several things about myself that i wasn't aware it was due to adhd. it explains so much why i am the way how i am. and its so relieving to know, why that is.
i got diagnosed as a kid, when there was even less known about it. i don't remember what treatment i've got back then, i only remember there was some diet attached to it. i certainly didn't take meds, at least not that i know off. i kinda learned how to deal with my quirks (it took a long ass time and i'm still struggling in many places). i tried several things to get stuff into control, some worked, some didn't. after reading this book for the first time, i realized why some of it didn't work. some of those, i can readapt with the tips and hacks presented in the book and i hope i can get some of my stuff in control with it.
honestly, if you have adhd, or you think you might have it, or you know someone close to you who has adhd: read this book. it explains so much in so little words.
