     @kf01 You can bypass it by typing "a@a.com" and entering some arbitrary password. It will let you create a local account. There's still no way to get around the need for WiFi without making a custom image or something like that, though.

     @kf01 By "it" I mean the need to make a Microsoft account. I should have been more clear.
