     @Leaflord @KennyWhitePowers To a lender, the more valuable customer is one who doesn't understand compounding interest and who will likely default later on anyway so that the lender can reclaim the property, rinse, and repeat.
     
     White people with good credit ratings don't generate enough profit.

     I had 20k to put down and almost 800 credit score. With the amount of times I was asked my race and gender identity I just assumed it mattered

     I don't usually fuck with credit, but I am really tempted to put up a property as collateral and nab myself a fat line of credit.
