     It's a little bit uncomfortable for some people, but I'll write it down.

     Some people have accused the government and the media of doing nothing about the repeated sexual abuse at Johnny's. However, have these people not watched TV stations that air programs featuring Johnny's talents, or have they not bought products from companies that advertise Johnny's talents? I wonder.

     The issue of human rights violations by Mr. Johnny and Johnny & Associates has been known in Japan since Mr. Koji Kita published a book appealing to the public in 1988, and has been reported by Bungeishunju and other publications since then. In other words, many people were accomplices in the form of "unspoken agreement."

     Criticizing the media for not reporting it or the government for not doing anything to save the kids is like intellectuals who said in 1945 after the Greater East Asian War that they were against the war from the beginning, and I find it very distasteful.
