When I quit old job and left Victoria my old firm hired three staff to replace me. Because of the hyper stimulation of the economy and DEI initiatives they hired an Indian and two Nepalese. I spoke to a colleague in the planning team a couple of weeks ago and it turns out that my old team (there are now no whites on my old team) has not been able to commence a new project since I left and they want me back and despite me giving clear instruction struggled to finish my old projects.
