   As someone who doesn't play D&D and has become used to, shall we say, very diluted RPGs, I find #BaldursGate3 completely overwhelming.

   And yet it's captivating, and addictive, and I love it for NOT holding my hand.

     @gamingonlinux HAHA yes, I feel seen. Also I love that I'm learning tactics from enemies. I watched some goblin dip their weapon in fire before striking and it blew my mind.

     @killyourfm it is very D&D-like in a lot of ways. You definitely cannot run and gun. I have found that saving often helps. It lets me try out creative ways of problem solving without fear of death. Because you will die. Often.
