   @Tepid_Tapir @Eliza @SirHendrick 99% of abnormal health issues that arise in adult dogs is from their food.
   Allergies, obesity, lethargy. Lots of vets trips could be saved if people just didn't feed their pets bullshit and paid attention to their diet and what's actually in their pet food.

     @Tepid_Tapir @SirHendrick I've seen a few dachshunds that look like this. It was both heartbreaking and infuriating. But even worse than the dachshunds we had as patients was the shepherd mix that weighed at least 2x more than it should have. Owner had downs syndrome and never gave her dog its thyroid meds. Still don't know how the hell the dog lived as long as it did.

     @SirHendrick This looks like a dachshund. Which is even worse to be overweight because they are already prone to back problems.
     Being so short, I think his belly may actually be rubbing against the ground too.

     I was going to effortpost but I am so fucking exhausted. So I will just really nicely ask yall to calorie count for your animal's food and not let them get morbidly obese. It's incredibly unhealthy and will lead to an early death.
