   The 7th amendment to the Constitution has been abused by lawyers trying to make a buck. It has caused the USA to be the most litigious country on the planet. We should honor the 7th amendment by putting it on the Federal reserve notes.

     So you can have a right to a jury, but the court may not have jurisdiction over the cause. 😒
