    BY: ABQ RAW staff POSTED: 08/03/2023 @ 10:00AM Albuquerque, NM - On August 2nd, 2023, the Mission Hill Apartments was the scene of the latest SWAT situation where officers tried to take a violent felon into custody. Witnesses told us that SWAT teams had surrounded the complex and were giving public address commands to a male named David Flores. Flores spent some time in the apartment unit getting dressed up for his date with law enforcement. According to the Bernalillo County District Attorney
