   I legit thought Otakon would see a dip in attendance due to Anime Next being held this year... Nope I was wrong... They broke last years record, and hit 42k attendees

     @gnitro Still find this surprising. It FELT a lot less crowded. And I don't recall seeing anything different room/event-wise that might imply better crowd routing.

     @cthellis This is how I felt. The convention center is well spread out, that it never felt like it could have ever been 40k+. While Baltimore hit 34k one year and you could hardly walk around.
