      元の論文に書かれてる作り方を試すのが『簡単』って話と、バークレー研究所が「こういう風になったらうまく行くっぽい」ってシミュレーションしてみた物の実物を作るのが『簡単ではなさそう』って話なので、主語も主張してる主体も全然違う『元の論文にある作り方を試すのは簡単』なので、あちこちで(眉唾ながら)実際に試してるので、あちこちから報告が上がってる状態
