@lanodan The post seems to be targeted at those who don't fully realize the consequences of proprietary software and anything stronger would tend to make such people fail to get the core message.
The only surefire way to stop google would be to bomb and/or burn down every last "management" building and datacenter and do the same to any replacements they try to build, but there would be better targets to start with really.
