   @Hempressemilym I find it really weird that you still have them, like when I was last in the US and being asked to sign credit card slips.

     @Flick @Hempressemilym The LED ones last maybe a couple of months but I have incandescents that have been going for years. I have to buy lightbulbs almost monthly now, when it was something I would do maybe once or twice a year before. What an electrician told me is that the actual filaments in theory could last longer but the microchips that control them have short lifespans.

     Prolly worth it to do some dumpster diving or at least looking as of Aug 1 (today) Incandescent bulbs are illegal to sell.
     ((Did they stop ordering them? Haven’t noticed any sales on bulbs recently, no shelve clearing, seems like this’ll be insurance claims or charge backs to the manufacturer - either way we paid to produce something, companies paid taxes to not sell it and now they’ll get paid to throw it away))
