   I keep hearing this weird humming noise, can't figure out where it's coming from. It's driving me crazy! :glitchcat:

     Another possibility is an appliance like a refrigerator. Certain frequencies can only be heard when you're far away from the source, especially if it's the result of an echo. Thus, it'll dissappear when you get close to the source.

     Water pipe is a good possibility. I've seen it happen twice. They get vacuum locked or something and vibrate. One time it was quiet. Another it was load af. I could put my hand on the wall and feel it vibrate too. I was living in an apartment back then. My downstairs neighbor flushed the toilet and it got stuck. They had to flush it again to unstick it.

     @Humpleupagus Yeah, I only hear it in the bedroom, far away from the kitchen. I've turned on a fan to try and ignore it for now. 😊
