     @scribe the only think that helps me is to listen to/read a wide variety of stuff. I've subscribed to some new podcasts that are totally opposite of my political views. I find I start irritated but then I can analyze if they're employing good rhetoric or just taking potshots. (usually potshots.) Then I can do the same if I come back to comfy sources. I'm sure I'm still propagandized to some degree
