     Johnson, who has a history of defending criminals, ignored the massive 104% increase in vehicle thefts from last year when announcing the lawsuit.

     Newsom is correct.
     Federal courts sided with the ACLU to stop cities from removing homeless camps.
     Violation of their 5th amendment rights apparently.

     However, if Gavin were in the WH, he would be appointing just those kinds of judges to the federal bench....
