Think of the changes you want to make in your life and take it one step at a time. Like maybe you want to read more, literally just read one page of a book you’re interested in. Or you want to work out more, work out for literally 5 minutes to start and improve from there.

You're right. I think I'll read a page of 12 rules tonight. Thank you. I'm not gunna get into it, but I went threw some stuff 2 years ago and it completely changed me. I'm not the same person anymore and I don't know what happened. it's like I'm not in control of my life anymore
